When you place an online order with us here at Finisterre, it will be handpicked by our Warehouse team here in Cornwall and sent to your door, wherever you are. 

To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all of our shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Order before 1.00pm to have your order dispatched on the same working day.

Our Express services are applicable to UK orders only.  UK orders placed before 1.00 pm Monday – Thursday delivered the next working day.  Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, and some Highland addresses 1-2 working days. We will inform you if the shipment is due to take longer.

We do not offer our Express options during our busy sale periods due to the sheer volume of orders we get and to manage customer expectation, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause

We use UPS/ Parcel Force for Uk Express deliveries and shipments to Europe and International addresses.

 

If your order is taking any longer to get to you than the above stated shipping time, please log in to your account to check your tracking or get in touch with us so we can check up on this for you.

 

Please note we’ll endeavour to dispatch your order straight away, however during sale periods this could take 2-3 working days.

 

Repairs Shipping

Please note repairs purchased online are only available to customers in the UK at present.

Both outbound and return postage is free for all repairs bought through our website. At checkout all repairs will have free shipping automatically applied. Please note if you have any other non-repair products in your basket they will be subject to our standard shipping rates.

Once you have completed your checkout process you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to Royal Mail where you can print out your free postage label.

 


Returns


Please note that Royal Mail might experience delays due to the current situation and your return might take longer that expected to arrive back with us. Our team are working hard to process your returns as fast as possible but this could take up to 2 weeks.


We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 90 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.

If you have received an item from Finisterre as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly on a note when returning.

  

UK Returns


In the UK we offer a free tracked returns service with the Royal Mail so all you need to do is package it up in its original packaging and head to http://finisterre.com/free-tracked-returns. Fill in the form online to print of your returns label. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you drop it off. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.
