Store Returns - COVID-19 Update
With all our stores shut for now, all items purchased in-store are eligible for returns through our free online returns process.
In the UK we offer a free tracked returns service with the Royal Mail so all you need to do is package it up in its original packaging and head to http://finisterre.com/free-tracked-returns. Fill in the form online to print of your returns label, you will be asked for an order number, which will be the 9 digit number beneath the barcode on your store receipt. Make sure to include your receipt with your returns.
Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you drop it off. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.
To support you in this time we've also decided to extend our free returns policy to 90 days to give you a little more freedom.
Returns
Please note that Royal Mail might experience delays due to the current situation and your return might take longer that expected to arrive back with us. Our team are working hard to process your returns as fast as possible but this could take up to 2 weeks.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 90 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging.
If you have received an item from Finisterre as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly on a note when returning.
Multi Buy Offer / Bundle Returns
Returns of goods in the bundle will affect your refund amount. For example, if you return one of your bundle items you will be refunded the amount for that product, minus the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on returns@finisterre.com
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.

Festive Returns
During the Festive season any product purchased during the period 4th November until the 23rd December inclusive may be returned up until the 31st January.
Products purchased after the 23rd December will be subject to our standard 28 day returns policy. Please process your return via our returns portal here and select the relevant option subject to our standard returns terms and condition.

How can I return in the US
For US orders please head over to our US returns portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need to input your order number including the # prefix and your email address to complete this process.
The cost of returning an item or all the items from your order is $15 flat rate to cover postage charges back to the UK
Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
Can I exchange my item?
Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item
How long will it take for me to get my refund/exchange?
Your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.
One of my items is faulty what do I do?
Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email hello@finisterre.com or give us a call 01872 554481 and we will resolve this for you.
How do I send in a Repair product?
We currently don’t offer a repairs service for our US customers but this is something we will review in the future
